The distribution of the forces acting on the four cutting edges noticeably reduces the axial and radial forces and guarantees extremely smooth and material-friendly running of the tool through the unequal division. 

The new ULTIMATECUT countersink 4S thus not only ensures a perfect countersinking pattern without chatter marks, but also particularly energy-saving and material-saving work with up to 50 % time savings and up to 3 times longer tool life. 

Another plus: For the first time, countersinking with diameters up to max. 40 mm can even be carried out with hand-held screwing and drilling tools using the newly developed cutting edge technology.

The new ULTIMATECUT countersink 4S works equally precisely in pillar drilling machines as well as in CNC-controlled machining centers.

The new ULTIMATECUT countersink 4S has a 3-surface shank as standard, which prevents slipping in the drill chuck and ensures a consistently optimal power transmission in the work process.
