More speed. More endurance.
Core drill HSS PerforMAX
Good gets better. Fast gets faster. The new RUKO Core drill HSS PerforMAX. Equipped with a nanocomposite coating, precisely tuned by RUKO engineers to withstand even high thermal and mechanical stresses. For measurably faster cutting speeds. For noticeably smoother operation with scratchfree drilling results. Plus an extra-long tool life that guarantees performance with high cost efficiency.
The Core drill HSS PerforMAX
- Shorter process time. Twice as fast in direct comparison with competitors.
- For significantly longer tool life. 400 holes in structural steel guaranteed. *
- With improved core ejection. > 90 % guaranteed. *
*Test parameters: magnetic drill / pillar drill, continuous cooling, S235JR, t = 10 mm, spindle speed according to RUKO-specific speed recommendations.
RUKO PerforMAX
With a proprietary nanocomposite coating. Due to its high hot hardness and reduced friction, the core drill is particularly suitable for application requiring high cutting speeds and consistent quality.
Optimized core ejection
For an efficient workflow without interruptions.
Precision
Ideal for precise and fast drilling in ferromagnetic materials, especially for series applications or frequently repeated drilling processes.

Application tips
The RUKO Core drill HSS PerforMAX is ideal for precise and fast drilling in metallic materials, particularly for mass production or frequently recurring drilling operations.
For optimal results, we recommend:
- Use in magnetic drilling machines or stationary drilling systems
- Use of coolant to further optimize tool life and ensure reliable core ejection (recommended but not mandatory)
- Select the appropriate speed depending on material and drilling diameter
Thanks to its high hot hardness and reduced friction, the core drill is particularly well-suited for applications that require high cutting speeds and consistent quality.
