Our corporate values

How we act

The values we internalise determine our thoughts and actions. A community functions best when it is based on the same values. That is why we at RUKO have agreed upon 7 values that shape our everyday working life and our cooperation.
Family ties

All subsidiaries and all employees are valued members of the employees are valued members of the globally active Rothenberger family. The basis of cohesion and of the resulting success is trust.

Courage

Critical self-reflection and a willingness to change are prerequisites for practical innovations. Both require courage.

Efficiency

Efficiency generates outstanding performance. That's why we keep things simple, why we are faster than others and why we structure processes optimally.

We take our leadership mandate seriously and act accordingly. From our 7 corporate values, we have developed a leadership model that manifests itself in 5 guiding principles.

We want to act as role models. We lead and communicate credibly. We act in accordance with the 7 values and remain authentic.

Motivation

We reward performance and celebrate success. We support personal responsibility, honour commitments and encourage entrepreneurial courage. We work together and want to win together.

Orientation

We provide orientation in line with our overall corporate goals. We define harmonised, ambitious and achievable goals. We create an environment in which our employees can deliver their best performance as experts in their field and support them in doing so. We prioritise our goals and measure ourselves against them.

Improvement

We define processes and structures and stick to them. We adapt these where necessary and continuously improve them for greater effectiveness and customer focus. Our employees can openly discuss mistakes with us, as we see these mistakes as part of the improvement process.

Support

We are responsible for our employees and take time for them. We treat each other with respect and appreciation. We promote the development of our employees and give them a perspective. We give open and honest feedback and demand it. We create a motivating, meaningful and trusting environment.
