Tool Xpert Day 2025 – A day full of insights, exchange, and brand power
On Saturday, November 15, 2025, RUKO welcomed a total of 17 influencers to its production site in Holzgerlingen. The specialists, who came from Germany, Austria, and, for the first time, England, with a focus on crafts, industry, and technology, were treated to an exciting mix of RUKO insights, extensive product testing opportunities, and, of course, plenty of room for networking and exchange at the third annual Tool Xpert Day.
A look behind the scenes of “Made in Germany” manufacturing
On the first day, after a brief introduction to RUKO and an initial opportunity for the participants to get to know each other, the group went straight into the heart of production. During the tour, the brand ambassadors gained insights into the areas of state-of-the-art production, the assembly stations, and quality control. Questions ranging from the individual production steps to the different materials were answered in direct exchange with the RUKO specialists, providing a deeper understanding and tangible appreciation for the work that goes into Made in Germany, the expertise and passion that goes into every single RUKO product.
Practical exchange at application stations
How products are created is one thing, but how well they work is the most important thing. Equally curious and enthusiastic, the second step was to visit the application stations, where only one thing mattered: drilling, countersinking, and cutting to your heart's content. This led to intensive technical discussions, talks about possible applications, suggestions for optimization, and individual experiences in everyday work. Feedback was shared openly and new ideas were received with curiosity. Once again, dialogue and exchange among participants was very important—the opportunity to network and share know-how and experiences in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere.
Content, community, and valuable feedback
It goes without saying that countless photos and videos were taken throughout the Tool Xpert Day for later playback on various social media channels. In cooperation with all participating brand ambassadors, a competition was also launched, offering a total of more than one million followers the chance to win attractive sets from the premium ULTIMATECUT line.
Tool Xpert Day 2025 as a win-win situation for all participants
Practical application stations, open and intensive exchange of experiences among specialists, and the opportunity to get to know the company and the people behind the RUKO brand even better were highlighted as particularly positive by all brand ambassadors.
The RUKO crew from marketing, product management, application technology, and production management also used Tool Xpert Day as an opportunity to engage in direct exchange with practitioners and gain valuable feedback and insights into existing solutions, as well as suggestions for future developments and optimization.
“As far as the future direction is concerned,” says Rolf Herzog, responsible for the entire marketing division at RUKO, “we want to intensify our cooperation with influencers even further and expand it further, especially with regard to our international orientation.”
For Jasna Langhoff, head of brand communication at RUKO, the format has also established itself as a very valuable and important part of RUKO's communication strategy. With a particular focus on the new generation of craftsmen, she sees cooperation with brand ambassadors and the use of social media channels as an indispensable tool for introducing younger target groups to the RUKO brand.
