Coronavirus: The current situation at RUKO

Due to the development of the coronavirus, we would like to keep you continuously up to date on the current status at RUKO.

Supply performance

Our ability to deliver is not affected and your orders will leave our warehouse as usual. However, due to the tightened border controls there may be delays in transport at the moment.

In this challenging situation, we will do everything in our power to continue to be there for you and support you in the coming weeks and months as best we can.


The health of our employees is very important to us. To protect them and to ensure the recommended physical distance, we have taken the following precautions:

  • about half of our staff works in the home office
  • optimized shift operation in production and logistics
  • all business trips and customer visits are cancelled or postponed
  • extended hygiene measures

Customer service

Our customer service is still there for you and can be reached so that you can send us inquiries and orders. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Since the majority of our employees now work from home, the networks may be under greater strain. As a result, call set-up may take longer and the voice quality may be poorer. We apologize for this.
